Privacy Policy

Rush Builder (rushbuilder.dev) is a free, unofficial card viewer and deck builder for the Marvel Hero Rush trading card game. You can browse cards, build a deck and share it by link without an account. Signing in is optional and only used to save decks.

If you sign in

• Sign-in is handled by Discord or Google. From the service you use, we receive and store your display name, profile image, email address, the identifiers that link your Rush Builder account to that service, and the date your account was created. We never receive your password. Your email address is never shown on the site and is never shared.

Decks

• A deck you are building but have not saved is kept in your browser until you save it, and is not sent to us.
• When you are signed in, decks you save are stored on our server and linked to your account. For each saved deck you choose whether it is private, visible to anyone with the link, or public. Public decks may appear in search results.
• Some browsers still hold decks saved by older versions of the site. These stay in the browser, are read-only, and can be moved to your account or deleted. New decks can no longer be saved in the browser.
• Sharing a deck with "Copy link" puts the full card list in the link itself, and nothing is stored for it. A link to a saved deck instead points to the copy in your account.

Cookies

• Cookies that sign you in and keep you signed in, set only when you sign in.
• Advertising cookies set by Google and its partners, described below, where consent is required and has been given.

Hosting and connection data

• The site runs on Cloudflare. As with any website, your requests include your IP address, which Cloudflare processes to deliver the page.
• Card names, stats, text and images are fetched for you from the Marvel Hero Rush card database through the same host.

Advertising

• Rush Builder uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and, subject to your consent, to personalise them based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Where required, you are asked for consent before advertising cookies are set.
• You can review and control ad personalisation at Google My Ad Center, and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Rush Builder runs no other analytics or tracking.

Your choices

• The account page lets you disconnect a sign-in service or delete your account. Deleting removes your profile and every deck saved to your account, and cannot be undone.
• Signing out ends your session. Clearing your browser's data for rushbuilder.dev removes the items kept in your browser and signs you out on that device, but does not delete decks saved to an account.
• Ad blockers stop the advertising scripts from loading; the site works the same.
